"CMT Crossroads," Super Bowl XLVII Concert Series brings together

Country music superstars, Rascal Flatts and 1970's superstar rockers, Journey for a

brother for brother music concert.

In Super Bowl XLVII, head coaches of the Baltimore Ravens' John Harbaugh and San Francisco 49ers' Jim Harbaugh will make a first in Super Bowl history. There has never been two head coaches locked in a brother versus brother showdown for the Lombardi Trophy. It won’t be a pretty sight.

This is the second time that Rascal Flatts and Journey have shared a stage. In June 2012, Rascal Flatts closed the CMT Music Awards by inviting Journey to perform their hit "Don't Stop Believin'" with them on stage to a live audience at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee.

Since their musical debut in 2001, Rascal Flatts has become the decade’s most-awarded group in contemporary country, earning over 40 trophies from the American Country Awards, American Country Music, American Music Awards, Country Music Association, People's Choice Awards and more and has sold over 21 million albums, 25 million digital downloads and delivered 14 number one singles to the top of the charts. The group was last in Louisiana for a slot at the 2012 Bayou Country Superfest. Rascal Flatts is one of the hottest-selling acts on tour, in any genre, they’ve sold over 7 million concert tickets, and counting.

Rascal Flatts' eighth studio album, Changed, was released on April 3, 2012. It was produced by Dann Huff and Rascal Flatts. The first single from the album, "Banjo", reached number one on the Billboard Country Songs chart. It became their 12th number one hit on that chart. The second single off the album, "Come Wake Me Up", reached the top five on the Country Airplay chart. The third single from the new album is the title track, "Changed".

Lionheart Music Group, a Swedish independent company within the Universal Music Group, released Rascal Flatts' album, Changed, on January 2, 2013 in Sweden. Earlier, Rascal Flatts re-recorded their hit "Come Wake Me Up" with Swedish country/pop female singer, Jill Johnson, who is also under Lionheart Music Group, as a duet version on Johnson's new album, A Woman Can Change Her Mind. The duet version was also released as a digital download internationally on November 16, 2012. The record label also released their former album, Nothing Like This, on January 23, 2013.

Rascal Flatts was nominated for International Artist of the Year and International Music Video of the Year (for "Banjo" and "Come Wake Me Up") at the 2013 CMC Music Awards.

New album Changed is available now in stores and on iTunes (http://bit.ly/Hdzd9O @JoeDonRooney @JayDeMarcus @GaryLevox.)

Since Journey’s formation in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1973, Journey has charted with 19 top 40 singles and 25 gold and platinum albums, delivering such classic-rock radio mainstays as "Don't Stop Believin'" and “Any Way You Want It.” After the departure of lead singer Steve Perry in the late 90’s, several substitutes have taken on Journey’s challenging vocals; famously, since 2007, by Filipino singer Arnel Pineda, the former front man of a Journey cover band who original Journey guitarist Neal Schon discovered via YouTube. The "CMT Crossroads," Super Bowl XLVII Concert Series will be Journey’s second Super Bowl appearance. The band also performed in 2009, at the NFL Tailgate Party in Tampa for Super Bowl XLIII.

Share that brotherly love of music tonight at "CMT Crossroads," Super Bowl XLVII Concert Series, Rascal Flatts, Journey, Baltimore Ravens' fans and San Francisco 49’ers' fans. You never know who might be sitting next to you tomorrow!
