A rapper tour bus in Oklahoma was stopped by police because it was suspected that there were drugs on board. On Aug. 22, TMZ reported that a tour bus on Lil Wayne's concert tour was pulled over this morning but passengers locked the doors and refused to let police in. So police towed the bus -- with the passengers inside -- and then waited until they obtained a warrant.
"Cops have finally obtained a warrant and entered the bus ... and immediately placed several passengers under arrest for 'interfering with police process' for locking the cops out of the bus," TMZ reported. It is unclear who is on the bus as police have not said anything -- but "2 Chainz" might be involved and he might have been taken into custody.
The rapper's tour bus in Oklahoma was carrying mainly crew members. According to the report, Lil Wayne and T.I. (who are touring together with 2 Chainz) took flights to their next concert stop. Wherefore, they weren't on the bus at the time of the stop and the subsequent arrests.
Drug sniffing dogs were taken on the bus to help find possible hidden drugs. Police believe that the people on the bus must have been hiding something because of their unwillingness to open the doors.
This story is still developing.
