The school is a partnership with Vatterott College and has been dubbed the Ex’treme Institute by Nelly. The school spans 9,000 square feet and is located in downtown St. Louis. It includes: a recording studio, a music engineering area, and a design studio. The courses offered will focus on: album cover creation, recordings, merchandising, and other music related topics. The facility is geared towards students who want to become professionals in various fields of the music industry.
