Late on Monday, Oct. 14, 2013, Eminem surprised just about everyone by debuting a new song off of his forthcoming album "The Marshall Mathers LP 2." That song is called "Rap God" and it is one that is getting a lot of attention and a lot of praise as well, but some of the lyrics can be a bit hard to understand. That's exactly why Business Insider deciphered them for everyone.
"The Marshall Mathers LP 2" is set to drop in stores on Nov. 5, 2013, but people are already clamoring for it. There is nothing but positive talk about it and it is set to break a lot of records as soon as if officially is out for all to buy.
In just 15 seconds of "Rap God," Eminem spouts off 97 words. That means he is actually rapping an average of six and a half words per second. It's no wonder that hardly anyone can understand him during that verse, but it doesn't make you want to listen to it any less.
Below are the lyrics to the "supersonic speed" verse of "Rap God":
"Uh, sama lamaa duma lamaa you assuming I'm a human
What I gotta do to get it through to you I'm superhuman
Innovative and I'm made of rubber
So that anything you say is ricocheting off of me and it'll glue to you
I'm never stating, more than ever demonstrating
How to give a motherf---in' audience a feeling like it's levitating
Never fading, and I know the haters are forever waiting
For the day that they can say I fell off, they'd be celebrating
Cause I know the way to get 'em motivated
I make elevating music …"
