One of Denver’s newest restaurants, range, located adjacent to the new hotel, Renaissance Denver Downtown at the Colorado National Bank, has just launched their first Happy Hour! range, features new American west cuisine that celebrates the cultural heritage and adventurous spirit of the American West, prepared with a modern day sophistication. The restaurant features a wide selection of local beers, liquors and wines.

The new happy hour menu includes $4 Colorado draft beers; $5 cocktails featuring Colorado spirits (including Breckenridge Vodka and Bourbon, Golden Moon Gin & Dancing Pines Rum); $6 glasses of Infinite Monkey Wine Theorem wines on tap (including a petit verdot, riesling, merlot and vignet), $6 appetizers (such as sliders, chicken wings, shrimp tacos, flatbreads, candied bacon and more); and $7 signature drinks.

Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, range introduces Colorado-inspired seasonal menu changes and featured daily dishes. The lunch and dinner menus highlight a large selection of shareable plates in addition to entrees and side dishes. A selection of staple dishes include Steak Tartare Tostadas, with Jalapenos, Radish, Egg Yolk, Queso Fresco and Hot Sauce; Colorado Lamb Belly, using Lamb from Boulder, Colo., prepared with Butter beans, Tomatoes, Heirloom Carrots, Fennel Salad and Romesco; and Rabbit Croquetas, with Dried Fruit Merlot Chutney, Hot Mustard and Parsley Shallot Salad.
