In this picture, Randy has a smile on his face. He is holding a bottle of water, but he is sitting down. It does look like he is in a wheelchair. This does look like he is doing great and moving on. Pictures have been coming out of him, but this is the first time at a public event.

Neal McCoy shared the photo on his Facebook page and fans of Randy Travis are overjoyed to see him out and about again. It is nice to see that he is on the mend. His father did share recently that his voice is starting to come back. Everyone has dreams that someday they will hear him sing again.
