Randy Travis has been in a lot of trouble this last year. On Jan. 11, E! Online reported that Randy was formally charged with one count of driving while intoxicated. His blood alcohol level was over 0.15 at the time of his arrest.
This is all from the arrest back in August when Randy was arrested after being found totally naked. He even left the jail with a hat on, but nothing else that was his and he didn't even have shoes on at the time of arrest.
He could get a fine of up to $4,000 or even end up in jail for up to two years. It would be shocking though to see Randy Travis end up in jail. They are trying to work a deal and get it all solved quickly. He can afford the fine so fans expect to see him have to pay it.
