Randy Quaid says Mel Gibson, Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan lives in danger
HOLLYWOOD -- Actor Randy Quaid and his wife, Evi, told "Good Morning America" (GMA) Monday that they’re not the only ones whose lives are in danger from a group of Hollywood celebrity assassins, and that Mel Gibson, Britney Spears, and Lindsay Lohan better watch their backs, too.
During their interview with GMA, the couple said the alleged killers hack into their cell phones and computers and that they’re just trying to find safety.
“I genuinely feel these people are trying to kill us,” Evi told GMA. “We are refugees, we are Hollywood refugees.”
Randy said, “They follow us, they trail us. They tag our cell phones, they hack our computer. We’re not faking it, we’re confronting it.”
The Quaids say the alleged deadly group “The Star Whackers,” as they call them, is attempting to kill them for their money.
Evi said their alleged assassins could be “an estate planner who would make a living trust and a county that could cash Randy’s royalty stream forever.”
“They are businessmen,” Evi said. “It’s the mafia, it’s organized crime.”
She went so far as to say of Gibson, “I think he was drugged. I think he was slipped a Mickey.”

Speaking about his brother, Dennis Quaid, Randy said, “It’s been a little tense the past few years, but I love my brother very much. We’re worried about him. He’s being victimized by the same people.”
Evi said, “Dennis is now on a treadmill making movies that are garbage and it’s unfortunate because he’s talented.”
Being on the run, Randy, 60, said, has brought him and his wife, 47, closer together. They’ve been married since 1989.
Randy denies he and his wife are on drugs or that they’re mentally unstable.
The two were highly ridiculed last month for their attempt to seek asylum in Canada after they skipped out on several hotel bills. They were due in a California court Tuesday for allegedly squatting and trashing their former Santa Barbara home.
They fled to Canada last month and were arrested in Vancouver for skipping out on another court date. They are currently free on bond.
Randy plans to look for work in film and television while residing in Canada, the New York Daily reported.
"We're just trying to find some safety and security in this," he said. "We're confronted with our true beliefs, our true values. Our very existence is being challenged and we feel very alive."
