Valerie Green, MA, explained being targeted for four years, hospitalized 3 years ago as a result of being framed by stalkers. Green explains encountering a group of about 25 people who arrived at the hospital at the same time she did and and all left together, a week later.

Before you compile an open letter to the Quaids, or try to "link" TIs with them (if you think that that is a good idea), shouldn't you ask the Quaids whether they identify themselves as TIs in the sense that we use the phrase?

On the Good morning America show, the Quaids list identical tactics I have heard and read countless times by TIs.
I cannot imagine what brand of targeting Mr. Allman alleges to be his - but know of no genuine TI who is not truly grateful a celebrity and his wife have come forward telling the world even part of what it is like to be targeted.

And these righteous men are not the ordinary righteous of the earth, nor is the Righteousness of which I am speaking the ordinary righteousness.
I speak of that Righteousness in which there is light. "Then shall the Righteous shine forth in the Kingdom of their Father."
If you radiate the light of that kingdom, you are righteous; if you do not, there is no righteousness within you.
Among the ordinary righteous on earth, who have no light, everyone might pass for a righteous man.
"The Righteous will shine forth in the Kingdom of their Father."
Many might say: "What does it matter to us that the righteous people will shine forth in some kingdom or other?"
But this is of great importance.
There can be no advancement and no development in the world without light. Billions and billions of years ago these beings - the Righteous - entered the Kingdom of their Father and acquired this light.
Because of this light the world sees now.
The light we live in now, is the light of the Righteous. It is the radiance of their righteousness.
Who are the Righteous who shine forth? They are bright angels, servants of God.
And if they stopped shining, stopped living in righteousness, we, here on earth, would be lost.
If you ask me why Righteousness is necessary, I will answer: "So that future generations might live in your light."
The light which comes from Righteousness is the essence of the light that gives life, that carries life within itself.
Love is revealed only to those who are righteous and who "shine forth in the Kingdom of their Father," that intelligent divine world where the Righteous comprehend the deep meaning of all things.
Righteousness is a quality of the human soul.
Each soul is born in order to be righteous. And in the beginning it was righteous.
Acquire this quality, this heritage which is given to you - to be righteous.
Every soul must be righteous. Why? In order that the great light might emanate from it. And within the light that emanates from Righteousness, Love will reveal itself. Righteousness is the foundation on which Love reveals itself and illumines the human soul.
All souls can be righteous and shine forth.
Souls that do not wish to shine forth, are souls that fight against God.
Do not fight against God!
Enter into the light of Righteousness and realize that you do not live as you ought to live.

If there is no Righteousness, the sweetest words are empty.
People are in need of the absolute Divine Righteousness - that Righteousness which will be applied equally to all without exception, which will take into consideration the good, not only of man, but of all living beings, from the smallest to the greatest.
The great Righteousness requires that the law be equal for all - for the ox and the man, for the learned and the ignorant, for the common citizen and the king.
When this sacred law is revealed to us, we all must feel deep reverence.
Whether the common citizen or the king makes a mistake, it is nevertheless a mistake before the law of Righteousness.
It is Righteousness that creates true relationship among human souls. If it is achieved, then proper respect will be manifested, that respect which men should have for one another. Then we shall not look with disdain at anyone, but shall all hold one another sacred.
Therefore, in order to attain perfection, you must establish Divine Righteousness as the first step in your life, through which Love towards all beings - man, animals, plants - is manifested.
When you acquire this, wherever you look you will see only good.
Seeing good everywhere, you will feel a holy awe within your soul.
Righteousness is something inward. Being just means learning how to cope with each of your thoughts, with each of your feelings, with each of your actions.
Being just is knowing how to act as a thinking being, as a reasoning, truly cultured man.
If you desire to have good relationships with all beings, be just toward them.
Righteousness is a great inner process of distributing all Divine blessings among all parts of the organism - be it the organism of the individual, of the community, or of all humanity.
Righteousness is the circulation that carries blood throughout the body so that each cell may take all that it needs to perform its service.
Thus, because of Righteousness, because of this great process of circulation, the smallest cell, the smallest being of the world receives its nourishment.
Righteousness might be likened to water. Righteousness is for human life as water is for the hard ground, because it is Righteousness that softens hard bodies.
People who are embittered are hardened because they lack righteousness. And those who have become softened possess righteousness.
Render to each man his rights and he will be softened. Water does the same to the plants.
We must render to each man his rights because as water is necessary for the growth of the plants, so Righteousness is required for the growth of our minds and hearts.
Without Righteousness there can be no growth.
If you wish to develop correctly, you must be righteous.
And when you must act righteously, do so even if the world has to be turned upside down.
The faint-hearted cannot be just. The man of Righteousness must be absolutely fearless.
There must be Righteousness in a country in order that there be peace. If there is injustice, disorder will follow.
Open the pages of history, examine the present and you will see that injustice has always been the cause of disorder.
Everywhere the law is one and the same - where there is injustice, there follows disorder.
Righteousness defines the relationships among men. It distributes God's blessings - the blood of life - to the organism of humanity.
Righteousness must so prevail that there will remain not a single poor man in the world, sighing: "Isn't there a God in this world?"
Therefore, a truly righteous man on earth, when he prays, should ask God to show him a suffering soul whom he might help.
Divine Righteousness does not acknowledge any honor or fame, any riches or learning gained for personal advantage.
As long as man seeks the things of the outer world, he will live in the transitory world and everyone can steal his blessings from him. When his riches are contained within his heart, then he has already found his beloved, the Divine Righteousness that makes man steadfast and invulnerable.
From the fullness of their hearts, from the abundance of their blessings, truly righteous men share.
They are indeed rich.
They have come to earth to do some special work and to acquire experience.
They have come from another realm, and the whole earth is at their disposal. They may live here as long as they wish. When they complete their mission, they will return to their own realm.
The righteous are rich. They are Sons of God. And every man who is a Son of God has at his disposal the resources of the whole solar system.
They are the heralds of Divine Righteousness, which is coming now into the world to warm human hearts. And in the future, in the new culture, in the culture of the Illuminated, the human hearts within which Righteousness abides will bring light and warmth to the world.
From the realm of divine Righteousness Christ sends His Word - Christ who is Love, manifested in Righteousness that shines forth in those who love Him.

Why aren't YOU a target of TI since you are alerting everyone to the fact this exists? It is actually happening to me, but I think it is a government experiment (state) designed to change behavior. The media is highly involved from what I can see and they are vicious and cruel as they watch humans struggle through this and act like mini Satans sadistically manipulating people and terrorizing them. In my case, and if you watch the media you will hear them say you have "options" to this such as "make a difference," "change behavior," "become a working, giving, and volunteering citizen," or think out of the box and do something creative. You also have the option (according to the media) to try and catch them if you can as they have said it, and prove that you have this intrusion. That's the hardest one to do, so most people opt to change behavior and in the end prove that government can manipulate behavior if they so choose (alongwith the media), thus creating socialism. I was told by a reliable source that I was targeted because I am sensitive and emotional, a lousy mother and wife who needed to change, and I speak too honestly (harshly) to people. Someone is playing God and this is pretty ugly. I also did hear it could be mafia based in that they provide the monies for this, hoping actually to improve human behaviors in the long run, giving people a new "freedom" to their lives if they succeed at this, and help families out. They usually target the "bad apple" of the family. It is change through humiliation, terror, a mixed bag. Yes they use neighbors, relatives, and even workplaces to degrade you. People you have loved and done nice things for many years will backstab you and even isolate you because they are told you are rotten and need to change so everyone will be happy. I have a man I just met call me every day giving me "hints and clues" to this which are only frustrating because it gets you nowhere, just anxious. I have been following this, and I am actually beginning to see a new light and I am beginning to think Deborah is in on this experiment and starting this article as a support for us targeted. I think she knows exactly what this is about. shame on you Deborah.

because I said back in october of 2000 that the planet was starting to experience electro magnetic fluctuations ......soon after my father was hit by a car and died from his injuries.......I was then harrassed by various agencies and eventually locked up in a mental institution and drugged until I became suicidally depressed for over two years........I am still harrassed and they use all the tactics described above.................but I will repay every last one of them and anyone who works for them......
To the nasty "anonymous" person who could not even use a name, I don't think you read my posting thoroughly and I don't think you are being open-minded enough to observe your surroundings and all avenues as to why this is happening and where it is coming from. I am not claiming to know the answers, but I certainly have been a TI based on many of the articles I have read. I have also faced the extremes of emotion from nobody believing me including family members, etc. I am not saying all TI are targeted because they are bad people. I am saying I feel it is part of a social government experiment and they will use confusion as part of their strategies to break one down, which seems to be the goal. The other goals I have observed are isolation, humiliation, and it is possible it could be people they feel might be threats that they target. Obviously, there are no concrete solutions and anwers from anyone here, not even Deborah Dupre. I am just very curious as to why the media has not made this a bigger issue if so many are targeted, why nothing on Oprah or Dr. Phil, etc., if this was a serious issue. Is the government not allowing these people to do shows on this because it will panic society? There are too many unanswered questions and I have written Deborah Dupre several times and have not gotten a response from her on this. She provides no solutions other than references to more books to read by different authors which can be credible or possibly fiction. People find many ways to make money these days. Are we sure Deborah is not getting paid by the government or experimenters to provide this "support forum" for us victims? I want to know more of what Deborah has exoperienced and how she is handling it in successful ways. Are we just supposed to whine and die over this? This is democracy and why aren't we revolting over this if there are hundreds of thousand of victims? There seems to be a missing link here. What do our families have to gain to know about this and hide it and hurt us? Has the government turned them into zombies while we are TIs? I am a victim of mind control. I know some basic facts that can explain most of your insights and experiences put forth and by similar individuals like yourself. First off this is Soviet Global Mind Control effected by targeting ‘vector waves’ from artificial magnetosphere/ionosphere some 10 to 50 km (rough estimation) from surface of the earth (the chem-trail stuff popularly misunderstood is simply replenishing the medium used for deflecting the energy at the target - if you understand the QED involved in light refraction in glass then you will understand the principle here). The impact energy (vector waves) originate from the east-west direction anywhere on earth and descend at an proximate angle of 45 to 60 degrees. These energy pulses impact any matter to demodulate by thermo-elastic energy process. When a human is targeted the bones (skull) are used to demodulate the energy into coherent ‘mental thought’(thought webs). This could be a dream, a subliminal suggestion or electromagnetic frequency pattern that initiates a physiological process. These mental thought webs are transferred from another unfortunate individual trained to attune to your personality and your ‘self’ in order to enable to drive your consciousness (mind control). The effectiveness of this modality is dependent upon your ability of self awareness or knowing yourself. The more you are attuned to reality and your 'self' the better chance you have to become aware of the process and prevent control...
Unfortunately there is another way to control individuals that uses a linguistic method (semantics) as opposed to thought webs as briefly described above. The linguistic method can be subliminal (into subconscious) or pure voice as conveyed by the ears (into consciousness). For this to be enables the Soviet perpetrators have to implant a device into your inner ear and one inside the ear canal (if you are a victim you will have scar tissue on the tympanic membrane in your left ear). Contrary to other theories the implants are 1-2 mm in length, 0.5 mm in width and round with pointed ends. Victims can easily find these at other areas of the scull (two on frontal lobe, behind the ears, anterior left temporal lobe and the occipital lobe on bony ridges) by placing 0.5 to 1 cm thick rubber over suspect area and discover a seismic-like wave front that generates a kinetic force effect (seismic-like pulse). To disable the implant you can dig it out if you can see it (sometimes when inserted fresh it can be dug out, the location revealed by small lesion), otherwise impact the spot with a blunt object to disable it. Note that these implants in the scalp are used to fabricate the manifestation of mental illness which is then used to discredit you and do away with you - this happens if you are uncontrollable and you learn out too much of the truth. To disable the implant in the ear canal place polystyrene beads into the canal all the way to the ear drum...
This will interfere with the device by producing a metallic buzz (this means that transmission is out of sync). To disable the inner ear device used to read/listen to your sub-vocal thinking place rubber muffs over your ears (left ear is the one used but when this is disabled sometimes they will do the same to your right ear which is not as effective due to language processing being done on the left side). Then cover your head with a carbon fibre helmet that fits snugly over your head. You must sleep with this stuff on your head or you will be brainwashed (I know -not very comfortable).
There is also sleep hypnosis which is used to control people. Just quickly, this is effected by impacting energy pulses at you left lobe (about the temple, just next to the ear –technically the anterior temporal lobe) to ‘inject’ thought webs during the hypnogogic stage of sleep (first 20 minutes or so before you fall asleep). You may become aware of the process by ‘hearing’ voices or being woken up unexpectedly during sleep thinking you have been dreaming - this may be repeated during the night until you become responsive (sorry this is very brief but it will give you some idea as to what is going on). To prevent this process you have to have your head covered with carbon fibre as only carbon will stop coherent demodulation by thermo-elastic process and prevent penetration of electromagnetic energy (magnetic energy can get through but the brain is an electromagnetic ‘device’ requiring both)...
Then there is the process of alter identity creation what I call ‘meta- id’ - this is the most dangerous and effective form of control as it uses all aspects of other methods. The process here consists of subjecting the victim to horrifying dreams (this process is popularly known and misunderstood as sleep paralysis), then the victim is regressed to a child-like state and a new personality is created which is controlled by subliminal suggestions. When you are subjected to this process you will have a series of mornings waking to find that you feel like you did not sleep well and did not get any quality rest. The control of you will be slow and gradual at first to get you used to switching from one personality to next. If you are keenly self-observant you may notice a kind of mind flipping that causes a momentary foggy state and perhaps some instantaneous vertigo. This is the id switching. Initially you will be given simple tasks which do not stray from you norm, and when they have you well attuned they can have you do things which are against you morals or interest. While in this state you will be controlled to remember and forget selective events so as to create a fabricated experience and history. The selective forgetting is achieved by blanking your temporary memory, again in the anterior temporal lobe but a different frequency (sorry, again I skip a lot of detail but you will get some idea)...
Finally, beware of medical practitioners as some are victims themselves, especially if they come from other cultures (good psychological reason for this), and some are crypto-communists usually the psychiatrists or heads of psychiatric units.
And remember, it is not the CIA or the US government (they are victims!), or the Bildeberg group, Illuminati, etc., or the aliens – this is just a distraction - it is the Soviets in every country of the world. To promulgate and expose this system it is the government and the intelligence agency of your country that you should go to inform. Unfortunately many government officials and the elected representatives have been specifically selected because they are susceptible to mental suggestions and you will find it hard to communicate meaningfully and effectively with them (you will know this when nothing is done after you inform them). You will not be able to get close to those who are well informed and self aware because even these people will be situationally manipulated by third party to your disadvantage....
You should know that internet is manipulated especially for you; if you research, articles will be created and served up for you to find and mislead you. Anything that you think that you have found on the internet that is significant and true –it is not! Nothing that reflects facts about mind control is allowed to be placed on internet. You might think that you have created a web site that many people can see but it is only you and perhaps some delusional individuals. That is why you will not read this; or anybody else who can think on the internet. That’s right I am wasting my time because I know that the perpetrators would never allow material like this to surface. So if you by some miracle read this, copy it and distribute it.
Finally, above all know yourself; the best defence against this abuse is to know about brainwashing, hypnosis, alter identity and the basics about the workings of the brain. Keep your feet firmly rooted in reality, do not think you know something without evidence or firm and multiple ‘indicators’, procrastinate and think again; and know real history (now even history is manipulated)...
