Randy Quaid denied request for permanent resident status in Canada (Video)

Randy Quaid was denied his request for permanent resident status in Canada. On Jan. 27, The Star reported that he was denied. Late Saturday night the news came out that he would not be winning this fight.

He is allowed to go to federal court and fight it, but at this time it is unknown if he will do that or not. Randy was charged with federal vandalism charges in Santa Barbara last year, but they refused to extradite him and get him back here.

Randy Quaid even tried to say he was being hunted down by the people who killed Heath Ledger and that was one reason he needed to stay in Canada forever.

Radar Online reported that their request stated: "Organized crime and its victims are serious issues and can not be tossed off until the claim is heard." They honestly think they are victims.

Do you think Randy Quaid and his wife should be allowed to stay in Canada? Sound off in the comments below.
