Word has just recently hit the wire about the verdict in the Manslaughter Trial against Lamb Of God frontman, Randy Blythe. The long awaited Trial is now over and Randy Blythe is once again a free man! For those who may not have been following these events, in 2010 Daniel Nosek of the Czech Republic, was pushed off of the stage during a concert. The 19 year old fan sustained injuries which later led to his death.
Randy Blythe was facing a possible 10 year sentence, if convicted of Manslaughter, but a three judge panel has aquitted him of all charges.
Randy Blythe has posted an image taken a friend & a statement for all of their fans: “I have been found not guilty & acquitted of all charges against me. I am a free man. This photo was taken by my friend @aceyslade- it says it all. Please remember the family of Daniel Nosek in your thoughts & prayers in this difficult time. I only wish for them peace. Thank you for your support. Randy."
I saw one of their shows last year and even in the midst of this, they still put on one hell of a show! It is nice to see that justice was well served.
