Randy Blythe Trial Resumes

Randy Blythe was today back in a Prague courtroom as his manslaughter trial resumed, nearly a month after it was adjourned.

The Lamb of God vocalist is accused of the manslaughter of 19-year old Daniel Nosek, who died as a result of injuries suffered at a 2010 concert by the band.

During the 3-hour proceedings, presiding judge, Tomas Kobovec stated that experts disagreed on how aggressive and antisocial the 42-year old singer is, argued by two experts. One of those said that Blythe "may have some personality traits", citing that he has been fined for speeding and public disobedience, while a psychiatrist took to the stand saying Blythe "didn't meet several conditions for antisocial personality disorder."

Also offering testimony was 19-year old Anna Rozsivalova who attended the concert and stated that she witnessed Blythe lift the deceased by the shoulders and pushed him off the stage with two hands, causing him to fall backwards into the crowd." A security guard who worked the show testified that he did not see Blythe push anyone off the stage during the show.

Judge Tomas Kobovec said it was likely there would be a verdict tomorrow, March 5.

If convicted, Blythe could be sentenced to between 5-10 years in jail.
