Rampage Jackson leaves UFC: ‘Dana White treated me like crap’

Jan. 30 Rampage Jackson announced that he’ll never fight for Dana White in the UFC again. Jackson feels the organization treated him like crap. Sources say that White isn’t crying over the spilled milk stating that the UFC doesn’t want Jackson who has lost the three fights. Rampage lost his third fight Saturday night to Glover Teixeira.

TMZ ran into Jackson outside AV Nightclub in Los Angeles chatting up the rumor that Rampage retired from MMA. “I didn’t retire from MMA. But as of now, I’ve left the UFC,” Jackson stated. So why is Jackson so mad at White, despite his attitude over his loss? Rampage feels the UFC screwed him out of mega-bucks. His UFC contract states he must wait a month after his latest fight before he can officially leave the UFC. When he does, he has plans to join a rival MMA company.

When TMZ caught up with the owner of the UFC, Dana White, he told reporters that Rampage didn’t quit the UFC. His problem is he lost his last three fights. The UFC doesn’t need losers. They aren’t the best fighting competition for employing losers. “From 2007 to 2012 Rampage has made $15.2 million with the UFC. Ask him how much he made from the “A-Team” when I let him go film it,” White stated. For a movie that made $177 million we are sure Rampage received a good portion of the pie.
