The dancers will start at the Seattle Center’s International Fountain, and then move to the SkatePark and Fisher Pavilion.
Composer Angelina Baldoz has crafted multi-directional sound for Your Eyes Have Facets, while choreographers and Cornish faculty members Beth Graczyk and Corrie Befort (DA ’99) worked with the students to produce dynamic movement inspired by the setting.
Performances start at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. on Nov. 3. Ushers will be on hand to guide the audience to prime viewing areas. This will be a “stand and watch” free event, with no seating provided, so audience members are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes and appropriate layers for November’s blustery weather.
Your Eyes Have Facets will be repeated on Nov. 9 at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. at the Seattle Center.
