Rain heavy and steady at times with some rumbles of thunder will taper to scattered showers and storms by pm. Any storms that train over the same regions will likely cause flash flooding. An area just along and NW of I -71 this morning has seen up to 2 inches of rain in a short period of time causing some localized flash flooding. This area stretches from just North of Cincinnati to Xenia so use caution when headed to those areas. Showers and storms become more widely scattered tonight and tomorrow as another front in the central Plains takes over and draws moisture that direction. For us this means more dry time and warmer temps returning tomorrow after today's cooler highs of only about 76. Highs tomorrow will top out in the middle to upper 80s again with high humidity sticking with us through Tuesday. A strong front approaches Tuesday with the next best chance for strong storms and heavy rain. Damaging winds look to be the main threats, stay tuned. Drier air returns Wednesday with slightly cooler and less humid air too. However this looks to be another short lived break as another warm front and low bring returned chances for storms by late week with higher humidity back in the picture.
