Miami Valley , Whitewater Valley, and the I-71 corridor of Ohio/Indiana:

Hazardous Outlook:

A huge shift in the storm track, further West means considerably less amounts of snow for the area. None the less winds and a significant drop in temperatures tonight will mean a rapid freeze up, with light snow on top of that conditions will deteriorate quickly tonight.

Winter Storm Warning NW of I-71.... Winter Weather Advisory for points along and SE or I-71......

Anywhere from 1 to 3 inches near I-71 to as much as 12 inches near the Indiana border will be possible. Points I-71 and SE will see considerably lesser amounts as the majority of the precipitation of this storm will fall as rain with some mix before ending as snow. These areas will see 2 inches or less.

After the storm a Wind Chill Warning is in effect through Tuesday. Winds will increase with gusts to 40 mph causing blowing and drifting snow. These winds combined with high and low temperatures approaching -10 to -20 in some locations will make for wind chills near -40. This is the coldest air in 20 years and persons should use caution when out doors.
