The Raiders have today signed free agent DE Justin Tuck, following nine seasons and two Super Bowl titles with the New York Giants.

Tuck played 127 games with the Giants, including 90 starts, 509 tackles (338 solo), 60.5 sacks, 20 forced fumbles, six fumble recoveries, two interceptions and 23 passes defensed. Additionally, he served as the team’s defensive captain from 2010-13.

Tuck played in all 16 games for the Giants last season, while producing 91 tackles and 11 sacks.

The Raiders had already signed up a LT in Rodger Safford to a five-year $42 million deal, but was later voided after Safford failed his physical and later resigned with the Rams.

Tuck on the other hand is getting a reported $11 million deal over 2 years, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
