Come one come all to the first Raggle Taggle Faire at the "J" Street Marina at 600 Marina Parkway. The event starts at 9:30 AM and runs until 2:30 PM on Saturday the 15th of February in Chula Vista, CA. There will be booths populated with various pieces of art as well as activities for the children. Face painting, names created, plenty of art activities as well as a look at the 137 foot Schooner, "Bill of Rights."
This is an opportunity for all to come and enjoy the atmosphere of an old time faire that allows the individual the ability to participate in the displays and art activities. "The Art Kids of San Diego County," will be there with their booth making it possible for the kids to participate throughout the day. The attendees will also be able to see the beautiful 137 foot schooner, "Bill of Rights," as it is docked right off the event's location.
There will be some 30 booths showing off their wares making a wonderful display of a combination of art and crafts. Some of the booths will be teaching about what they are displaying so that young and old may sign up for classes. From painting to making your own skiff will be shown to the public. Admission is free so there is no problem accessing the booths.
So if you wish to have a wonderful and different kind of a day come join the festivities off the 5 fwy. Take the "J" Street exit and turn towards the water. The event is located on the Marina Parkway next to the Dolphin Restaurant.
