For the low carb dieter, Rafain is a unique and pleasant experience. Walking in, you are greeted by a hostess, but your mind is overcome with the scintillating smells of Brazil. Immediately, you are taken to a table where you are greeted by a server.
The server explains that there is a salad bar, which is accompanied by the dessert area. This examiner hit the dessert first. With amazing selections ranging from American desserts all the way to the traditional Brazilian desserts, the desserts are sure to hit the spot. From the gourmet salad bar, the patron is greeted with a limitless selection of salads, dressings, cheeses and toppings.
On to the main course! Their meats are exquisite. From their Gaucho Beef, to their chicken, people have over sixteen cuts of meats to choose from. This includes limitless steak. With all of these skewered selections, people are bound to find the one or two that they can't seem to get enough of.
They have a great wine selection as well. Their wine book is composed of over 50 different wine varietals, to include wines from Brazil, Argentina, as well as California. They also carry the sweet variety of wines, for those with a sweet tooth when it comes to a pairing for their meat.
