Radisson has selected Zan Wagner, general manager of the Radisson Hotel Colorado Springs, as the 2012 General Manager of the Year for the organization. The award is presented to the general manager who has provided the highest standard of leadership, particularly in the areas of sales and profit achievement, guest service, green initiatives implementation, charitable giving, community involvement and human resource development.
Javier Rosenberg, chief operating officer of Radisson, Americas and executive vice president of owned and managed hotels, presented the award to Wagner at the company’s recent Global Business Conference. “Zan’s outstanding leadership skills have allowed him and the team at the hotel to excel in guest satisfaction and engagement,” said Rosenberg. “He embodies the brand’s ‘Yes I Can!SM’ service philosophy to provide vibrant, contemporary hospitality.”
The Radisson Hotel Colorado Springs was also awarded the 2012 Radisson President’s Award for the 18th year. The hotel was selected from more than 420 Radisson Hotels globally.
