Born in New York City, Rachel Zoe is the premiere celebrity stylist and star of The Rachel Zoe Project on Bravo. From Anne Hathaway to Cameron Diaz, Rachel Zoe helps the brightest stars look their best. Rachel Zoe will bring her unique flair to everyday women by introducing her own clothing line this fall. A former Senior Fashion Editor for Hamptons magazine, Zoe recently mentioned how the magazine influenced her styling career.
Rachel Zoe said about one of her first photo shoots for the mag that she thought, “This is the most fun, incredible thing ever. I'm in a place where I grew up every summer and I get to work with the most beautiful clothes on a beautiful model for a great magazine. I have to do this forever. So I would say it was pretty instrumental.” Currently Rachel Zoe is featured on the cover of Hamptons magazine.
A few months ago, Rachel Zoe added to her resume by giving birth to a boy named Sylar Morrison Berman on March 23, 2011. Married to investment banker Roger Berman, now Rachel Zoe is also a dedicated mother. Her fashion routine is more streamlined since having a baby and she says, “It changed in the sense that instead of taking 15 minutes to get ready, I now have about three minutes, so I find that I have to be a bit more practical.”
With regard to her personal life and television fame, Rachel Zoe commented, “I do think the one thing that was great about it, people had a very inaccurate opinion about who they thought I was for some time, like this very cold fashion person. And I think now they see that I am really a very normal family person who is completely obsessed with fashion.”
Her obsession will continue during the fourth season of The Rachel Zoe Project, which will start airing on Bravo on September 6, 2011. Fans can also watch for her new clothing line to be released to revamp their own closets. From celebrity style to hot mommies, Rachel Zoe is sure to have something to make everyone look their best.
