Rachel Zoe sent a new wardrobe to Miley Cyrus on New Year's Eve. Miley tweeted about the new clothing on Dec. 31.
Cyrus tweeted a thanks to Zoe, saying she especially loved her new bag. Miley tweeted a few minutes later that she now loves everything in her closet. Cyrus, clearly excited, added that she wanted to put everything on at once.
Miley has been getting heavily criticized for her look lately. Perhaps Zoe is attempting to steer Cyrus away from the tight and revealing leather she seems so fond of these days?
Miley’s bare midriff, cleavage and buzzed platinum hairdo definitely make it easy to forget she was Disney’s “Hannah Montana” not very long ago. Many speculate distancing herself from her Disney persona is exactly what Cyrus is hoping to achieve.
Hopefully Miley has a great start to 2013. Cyrus’s tweets didn’t mention where she was headed to celebrate – or if she was going out at all. Perhaps Miley Cyrus decided to stay home on New Year’s Eve like Lindsay Lohan announced she was doing. Who needs to go out when you have a bunch of Rachel Zoe clothes to try on?
