Rachel Roy feted Louise Roe’s appointment as the newest host of NBC’s Fashion Star in an intimate, star studded dinner at Mondrian Los Angeles Wednesday evening at Mondrian Los Angeles. Guests were greeted with delicious appetizers of tunapica tuna tartare and thai beef salad prepared by Executive Chef Chang Sivilay of Asia De Cuba. The event celebrated Louise Roe joining NBC’s Fashion Star for the second season airing March 8. Louise will be hosting alongside Nicole Richie, John Varvatos and Jessica Simpson.
