Canadian actress Rachel McAdams has split from British actor Michael Sheen, reports Yahoo! OMG! on Feb. 27, 2013. The 34-year-old Adams, who was not married to the 44-year-old Sheen, began dating the actor in 2010.
The pair worked together on the set of 'Midnight in Paris," however, the actress asserts they did not date on the set. "Michael and I didn't get together while we were filming 'Midnight in Paris,' which I feel strongly about not doing when I'm working," said McAdams. "We became quite good friends, which I think is a great way to start. I felt very blessed to have made a Woody Allen film in Paris together." Before McAdams, Rachel dated her "The Notebook" co-star Ryan Gosling.
The news of the McAdams/Sheen breakup comes on the same day as the news of another split, that of actress Michelle Williams and actor Jason Segel. Williams and Segel dated for a year.
In Rachel's latest work, she appears in the steamy 2012 French-German erotic thriller, "Passion," directed by Brian De Palma.
