Rachel McAdams has split from longtime boyfriend, Michael Sheen. The couple, who dated for two years, have decided to end their relationship, The Huffington Post reported on Feb. 27.
According to the report, McAdams, who is best known for her roles in films like “Mean Girls,” “The Notebook,” and “The Vow,” is now single.
Rachel McAdams and Michael Sheen’s split surprised many fans, who thought the couple could be talking marriage. Rachel and Michael met on the set of “Midnight in Paris,” and went public with their romance in Oct. of 2010.
Both McAdams and Sheen have famous exes. Michael was with actress Kate Beckinsale for eight years before calling it quits. The couple have a 14-year-old daughter together. Meanwhile, Rachel’s most famous ex is her “Notebook” co-star, Ryan Gosling, whom she was formerly engaged to.
Some fans many now be secretly hoping that Ryan Gosling will soon split with current girlfriend, Eva Mendes, and reunite with Rachel McAdams.
