Rachel Kasang crowned Miss Arizona USA 2013 (Photos)

Rachel Kasang of Phoenix will represent Arizona at the Miss USA Pageant.

Kasang, 19, was crowned Miss Arizona USA 2013 on Sunday in the Ikeda Theater at the Mesa Arts Center in Mesa.

If she wins the Miss USA title, she will represent the United States at the Miss Universe Pageant.

Kasang is a certified laser technician, according to pageant officials.

She is also an experienced model.

"I am a model signed with Ford Robert Black agency in Scottsdale," she wrote for her LinkedIn profile. "In July 2012, I was featured on the cover of Mainstream Magazine. Currently I am competing in the Arizona Foothills Magazine 'Face of Foothills 2013' competition, and I recently won the 1Sol Swimwear competition and will appear in their upcoming catalog. In addition to this, I have appeared on KTVK Channel 3 and ABC 15 for modeling appearances, brochure for Hotel Valley Ho, and much more. My dream is to be a Victoria's Secret model."

Her favorite quotation, she said, is Gandhi's “You must be the change you wish to see in the world.”

The Miss Universe and Miss USA pageants are co-owned by Donald Trump and NBC Universal.

The final nights of competition for the national and global titles are televised live each year on the NBC television network.
