"The Biggest Loser" had to deal with a lot of controversy this last season when Rachel Fredrickson lost more weight than most fans felt like was healthy. On April 3, US Magazine shared that she has now gained 20 lbs. and is at her perfect weight.
She now weights 20 lbs. more, but she is happy about it. This is a good thing and makes her very healthy. Rachel has now found her balance which is really important to her. She now works out six days a week. Rachel only hits the gym for an hour at a time now though instead of all day long like on the show. Fredrickson also mentioned that she loosely counts calories and even has an Oreo sometimes. She is not afraid to give in once in a while, but is looking great.
"The Biggest Loser" is still helping Rachel with her journey. She is able to call her nutritionist for advice still and still talks to other contestants and the show psychologist. It is great to see her doing so well and still looking great.
