Rachel weighs 125-pounds and she told Us Weekly, "I think I'm at my perfect weight!"

During the competition on the “Biggest Loser,” Rachel worked long and hard to drop as much weight as possible. By following a strict diet and working out long hours every day, Rachel went from 260 pounds to 105 pounds. She lost 60% of her body weight, which is the most any contestant has lost while on "Biggest Loser."

Now that the competition is over, Rachel has relaxed things in her strict daily regime. She stays motivated to keep the weight off, yet, and continue to stay at her healthy weight of 125 pounds. She can call her nutritionist any time she wants or needs advice. Once a month, she participates in talking with the shows psychologist, and to visit with the other contestants.

Rachel said, "I work out an hour, six days a week. I love classes like SoulCycle," she shares. "I also loosely count calories, but sometimes I might eat an Oreo. It's not the end of the world."
