Farley, an 18-year-old country-rock singer and songwriter, updated her Facebook status on Oct. 1 to let fans know that she will sing at the Opry tonight, taking the stage at 7 p.m. Vince Gill will also perform at The Opry tonight. In an exclusive interview, Farley talked about the first time she appeared, which was just two days after the release of her first single “Ain’t Easy” on the Red Bow record label.
Rachel Farley has been named one of country music’s up-and-coming females by CMT and the talented singer and songwriter has toured with Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan. She recently shared the ticket with Craig Campbell, another country music singer/songwriter on the way up. Both appeared with Sara Evans and Danielle Bradbery in a show hosted by B105, an annual show that raises funds for the United Service Organizations.
Rachel Farley’s newest single “Midnight Road”, co-written with Heather Morgan and Ross Cooperman, is available on iTunes. Fans can visit Rachel’s Facebook page or Rachel’s website for update tour information. The young singer/songwriter expects to release her CD sometime in 2014.
