TV star and Food Network TV personality Rachael Ray plans book signing appearances for her latest cookbook, Week in a Day. Among her first book signings will be a stop at Wegmans Manalapan on Oct. 27 at noon in Englishtown, N.J. Wegmans Manalapan is located at 55 US Hwy. 9. The book will be released the week of Oct. 21.
According to publisher Atria Books, an imprint of Simon & Schuster, “When the weekend rolls around, this book has everything you need to get ready for your Week in a Day.”
The book gives step-by-step ideas on how to plan your meals ahead of time. It is a companion book to her cooking show of the same name. The book includes more than 200 recipes to help prepare five nights’ worth of meals in a single day. Among the recipes are Crab Cake Mac `n’ Cheese and Moroccan Meat Loaf with Lemon-Honey Gravy.
Each week features a different theme. Ray’s 368-page book also explains how to fit all the groceries you need for three meals into a single bag in a section called 1 Grocery Bag, 3 Meals.
