Rachael Ray's husband is in the midst of rumors that he's a swinger, FOX News reports Jan. 23. Ray wed John Cusimano in 2005. A source told the National Enquirer that Cusimano had paid a Manhattan swingers club -- Checkmate -- several visits before and after he married the TV chef.
FOX reports that Ray's husband is preparing to possibly sue the tabloid for running the story. Their source claimed that Cusimano still visits the swingers venue -- showing up with other female companions and not his wife.
The alleged tipster went on to say that he would often make his way to the back of the room after socializing. He supposedly wound up in the coed locker room and never showered alone.
A rep for Cusimano told FOX News that the report published by the Enquirer was false.
"This is yet another pack of lies printed by the National Enquirer who have been targeting John and Rachael for several years with no merit," the rep said. "As noted in the story, John's lawyers have been in contact with the Enquirer and are exploring legal action against the publication for defamation."
