The Museum of Flight is always a fun place for families, and over the President’s Day weekend there are even more reasons to go.

The North West Scale Modelers will be attempting to stage the largest model show in Pacific Northwest history showcasing hundreds of model collections of aircraft, spacecraft, cars, ships and more.
Saturday, 2:00 p.m.
Bob Jacobsen, and the life-size working model of R2-D2 he designed and built, will both answer questions from attendees. A must see for all the adorable droid and Star Wars fans
Saturday and Sunday 10a.m. - 2 p.m
Free Make & Take workshops sponsored by Galaxy Hobby and The Skyway Model Shop. Members of the North West Scale Modelers will help kids 6 and over (with their adult helper) build a scale aircraft model to take home with them.
Throughout Saturday and Sunday
A series of seminars covering the many aspects of scale modeling. These classes will provide a free opportunity to learn from experts in the field of scale modeling.
