QVC kicked off its live "Red Carpet Style" event on Friday, Feb. 22. Glam.com broke the news of the event that same day. The shopping channel is kicking off this event just in time for the 2013 Oscars.
The event takes place at the Four Seasons Hotel. Host Lisa Robertson took over the event all night long. Courtney Cason and Amy Stram will also join her in on the festivities.
"American Idol" contestant and "Dreamgirls" star Jennifer Hudson is co-hosting the event. Heidi Klum and Lisa Rinna is also co-hosting on the red carpet.
The hottest in fashion, style, beauty and accessories will be sold at the live event. There will also be exclusive interviews with A-list celebrities.
Joan Rivers will join the festivities at QVC as well. She's there to give her input about the red carpet styles. She will also be selling some of her fashion and accessories.
The QVC live "Red Carpet Style" event aired 9 p.m. on Friday. The show also had its own Oscars after party. The 2013 Oscars is set to air Sunday, 8:30 p.m. on ABC.
