Interesting. Quincy Jones said he wasn't going to participate in any tributes to Michael Jackson and was also recently quoted in a Spanish newspaper, El Pais, saying the following: "He trabajado con Louis Armstrong, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Billie Holiday, Aretha Franklin y, sobre todo, Ray Charles... Michael no tenía tanto talento. Era grande, pero no jugaba en la liga de los que acabo de citar." Translation?
"I've worked with Lous Armstrong, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Billie Holiday, Aretha Franklin and above all, Ray Charles ... Michael didn't have that much talent. He was big, but he wasn't in the same league as those I've mentioned."
Now he's going to do a Michael Jackson tribute show in Bermuda? Quincy Jones is obviously just another entry on the growing list of opportunists who are cashing in on Michael's death.
Got something to say?
