The 2014 TCM Classic Film Festival will pay tribute to Quincy Jones. The film festival by Turner Classic Movies, will take place April 10-13, 2014, in Hollywood.

Jones will appear at multiple events during the festival, including an on stage interview and a 50th anniversary screening of Sidney Lumet's "The Pawnbroker" which was released in 1964. The film marked Jones' debut as a film composer.

Jones has sent more than 60 years in the entertainment industry, Jones is a composer, record producer, artist, film producer, arranger, conductor, instrumentalist, TV producer, record company executive, magazine founder, multi-media entrepreneur and humanitarian.

Jones has done film scores for nearly 40 motion pictures including "In Cold Blood", "In the Heat of the Night", and "The Color Purple" to name a few.

Jones has received seven Academy Award nominations and is the recipient of the Academy’s Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award.

The 2014 TCM Classic Film Festival lineup will include the Gone with the Wind, The Wizard of Oz, Oklahoma, The Best Years of Our Lives and Why Worry?, silent-film composer Carl Davis conducting the live world premiere performance of his new original score to name of a few.
