For most women no matter your size we all want a small waist. Having a small waist makes almost anything you wear look amazing. The issue is after a kid or 2 for some women this can be hard to achieve. Some reasons are that you don't have time for the gym or you may lack the self motivation to exercise at home. If you fall into either category this article may help you.
After having my first child my waist snapped right back into shape. However, after having my second child that didn't happen. After many years I realize why my waist snapped right back into shape after having my first child, waist training. My grandmother told me to wear something tight around my waist right after having my first child until my stomach was flat again and guess what it worked. I realize that I for whatever reason failed to follow this routine after my second child so for many years I settled for wearing larger shirts. That was until I got tired of feeling conscience about the eyesore of belly fat.
Now years later and after many failed diets I'm back to waist training and yes it's working. Due to waiting years to get back to waist training and heavier than I was in my early twenties this will take more than just simply wrapping something tight around my waist. Read my quick tips to waist training below.
My Waist Training Routine: I drink water with lemon three times a day (before I start my day, with dinner and before bed) and wear belly shapewear every night before bed for at least 6-8 hours. During this routine I do core exercises at least three times a week. Everything works together for the end result of a flat stomach. Note: Read this article to find out why drinking water with lemon is great for your body.
Once you achieve a flat stomach continue the routine for lasting results.
