Quick Tip: How to Make Your Own Nail Polish Remover Jar

See also

Remember when you were younger and the greatest invention ever came out? Yes, I am talking about the nail polish remover where you just had to stick your finger into the jar and the nail polish came off! Now, I know a lot of people don't care how their nail polish comes off but this jar is actually pretty helpful. First, if you mess up one nail you don't have to ruin the rest trying to take the polish off. Two, have you ever taken glitter polish off with a cotton ball? You have more cotton on your nails then you know what to do with. Personally, I am a fan of the jar and today I am going to teach you how to make one.

It is really simple and foolproof so don't worry. You're going to need a small jar, a sponge, and nail polish remover. You want to cut the sponge so you have two pieces that will fit in the jar. This doesn't have to be pretty or perfect, you just want to make sure their is enough sponge to absorb the nail polish remover. After placing the sponge in the jar get something round like a marker or chap stick container to put into the middle of the jar where your finger will be placed. Fill your jar up with nail polish remover and remove the holder. Place a lid on it and you're done! You made your own nail polish remover jar.

Before putting all your supplies away, make sure that there is enough sponge and liquid in the jar. Other then that you are set to go and have an easier way to remove that old polish from your nails. Try this out and let me know how it works!
