Parents should be awarded medals for being able to get their children up and ready for school everyday. It's not always easy getting them up and excited for the day ahead. There have been many studies that prove that a good breakfast can help the day go better for your child and that it increases how well one can do in class. Breakfast doesn't have to be a long drawn out affair but there are some ideas that can fare a bit better that just milk and cold cereal. Cream cheese sandwich with fresh fruit. Take a toasted bagel, top with cream cheese and sliced strawberries
Scrambled eggs with a touch of salsa and cheddar cheese
Mix together a couple different cereals to get a unique flavor
