Do you qualify for $100 from CreakyJoints by taking a survey?
Are you an adult living in the U.S., under the care of a Rheumatologist and currently taking a DMARD such as Methotrexate (generic, Rheumatrex, Trexall), Arava (leflunomide), Azulfidine (sulfasalazine), Cyclosporine (generic), Imuran (azathioprine), or Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine)?
If so, this website (and it is for real) is inviting you to fill out a short five minute “screener” survey hosted by All Global/CreakyJoints to see if you qualify to complete their more in-depth, 30- minute survey about your experiences and preferences with rheumatoid arthritis treatments.
Here’s how the process will work:
First, you’ll fill in a few short questions that was designed to identify people who have the experiences and perspective they are trying to understand better. That should take about five minutes. If for some reason you don’t qualify for the full survey (and the $100), the system will alert you.
If you qualify they will ask you to provide your email address. Then they will email you your own personalized link to the main survey that will allow you to complete the questionnaire at your own pace.
At the end of the main survey they will ask for your name and address which they will need to send you a check for $100. This is the only reason why they are asking for your mailing address. Please keep in mind that this is limited to the first 300 people who qualify.
All the information you provide will be kept completely confidential. They will share and/or publish results from this study using only overall summary data with information from all respondents.
