After 16 years as an on-air personality, Kevin W. Reese sheds light on his startup Eat The Sunlight and why people need to go “all in” on their wellness
He was 75 lbs overweight, experienced chronic insomnia and habitually smoked cigarettes and marijuana. “He had enough” says Kevin W. Reese, founder of Eat The Sunlight. This isn’t a client testimonial, this is the story of Reese himself. “Eat The Sunlight has become a movement of people wanting to discover natural health. We are your natural health source, just as the Sunlight is your source for life”.
Reese founded Eat The Sunlight in January 2012 after his own transformation, with the goal that “through education, news and guidance”, ETS as its known in short can “help people overcome health challenges and add productive values to peoples lives by eliminating their dependance on medication, needles and surgeries”. In a recent interview with Reese he stated that “I (Reese) feel more people need to take control of their life. Some don’t realize that they are in control of their own fate.” As a startup ETS is going to great lengths to get the word out, holding numerous “Sunlight” seminars across the state, video consultations and even streaming a youtube channel with “HealthTainment” a clever spin on health entertainment.
What sets this program apart? Eat The Sunlight's year long programming focuses on the “3 D’s” says Reese, “Diet, De-Stress and Detox. If you have your D’s in balance, then you can overcome any health challenge naturally.” Reese, like most wellness professionals sees a common theme among most unhealthy individuals “They tend to make excuses like..they don’t have time for health or they don’t have money for health. The problem is, they will have to make the time and the budget when sickness comes” adding that “Illness doesn’t discriminate. It hits fat people, skinny people, light people and dark people” and adds that “ Bruce Lee dies at 32 from cerebral edema and he was in pretty good shape, yea?” This isn’t to say that by following Reese’s program you can avoid cerebral edema but some of his testimonials may make you feel that way with a variety of results being experienced ranging from significant weight loss, to reductions in fibroid size. One thing that is for sure; the 3 D’s (diet, de-stressing and detoxing) certainly won’t cause illness.
