Ted Cruz is supposed to be exceptionally intelligent, but American voters have yet to see anymore than a smart aleck.
His lack of respect for the legislative process, and his aggression for essential social legislation is uncanny as well as un American. Maybe that is because he is not really an American, but a Canadian who hasn’t worked a lick outside government all of his young life.
Enough with cogs like this. Send him home, far away where cowboys roam or up North where he can chill.
He persists in jeopardizing the nation’s economy by commingling that issue with his disdain for American law that is the Affordable Care Act.
If he and the GOP don’t like the law, they can fix it through the legislative process. Blackmailing the nation and putting our national security at risk is not only unacceptable, it is damaging to the degree of being treasonous.
Check out the story from CNN and Candy Crowley’s interview with a man who perceives that he could be President. Not in the USA, buddy; take a hike.
“Sen. Ted Cruz to CNN’s Candy Crowley: Use Debt Ceiling Vote to ‘Mitigate’ ObamaCare
by Evan McMurry | 10:00 am, October 6th, 2013VIDEO15
On CNN’s State of the Union Sunday morning, Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) argued that provisions “mitigating” the Affordable Care Act should be attached to a vote to raise the debt ceiling, a sign that the Senator who helped engineer the current government shutdown over ObamaCare is willing to take the fight to the next level.
“Number one, we should look for some signifiant structural plan to reduce government spending,” Cruz said in response to host Candy Crawley’s question about what he would seek in return for the raising of the debt limit. “Number two, we should avoid new taxes. Number three, we should look for ways to mitigate the harm from ObamaCare.”
