Purpose for Women International is a Columbus based nonprofit focused on providing access to resources, funding, empowerment events and supporting an increased awareness on local, national and international issues for women, children, families and the community. Founded by Heather L. Tapia, Prosperity Adviser, Author and Empowerment Speaker in 2012 as part of her “Women Entrepreneurship” programs, alongside her Columbus local ‘Women in Business’ column for the Examiner.com and Entrepreneurial Excellence Radio Show on the Withinsights Blogtalk Radio channel. PWI is actively seeking Global Partnerships with other individuals, businesses, corporations and non-profits who share a global message interested in affecting change on a local, national and international level. It is through the Love in Business philosophy that our partnerships, charities we support and humanity can raise its vibration and all of us will be in the ‘winning circle’. Through our efforts to co-create specialized Purpose Summits(tm) in a variety of cities near you, we can offer fundraising, business education and entrepreneurial opportunities. We will be addressing those issues relevant to each community through direct partnership with local community action, governing members, business owners and women networking groups. Each event will have its own co-created theme based on the needs of each location.
