A barely year old German Shepherd was dumped at a Southern California shelter recently. The scared dog was tossed away by a couple and in is fear was reluctant to enter the facility. Nevertheless, the dog was dragged inside and awaits rescue in time.
An onlooker described the dog's surrender as follows:
This poor baby had the worst owners dropped off by a man and a women - woman and dog got dropped off in the front parking lot while man went to find parking the dog did not want to get out of the car so he was pulled out then he just laid on the sidewalk while the lady was dragging him closer to the entrance kicking him and dragging him and at the end grabbed him by the hair and pulled him that's when I got out of the car and told her that was not the way to treat a dog - man came gave his ID and went back to the car he did tell the lady hope she is happy now he is getting killed and went back to the car.
This baby is also smaller and scruffier in person doggie was scared to death like he knew what was going to happen he just wanted to get away not aggressive he fought all the way in even the ac people when they put the choke poll and dragged him inside the doors.
