Puppy dealers are heading back to court

Jim and Gilda Anderson are heading back to court after being accused of selling sick pets for the third time. Advocates and dog buyers both want the Anderson’s put out of business, especially since they continue to sell sick dogs to people.

According to, "Circuit Judge Jeffrey Streitfeld granted the motion, setting trial for Dec. 12."

Per, The Anderson’s attorney, Robert Stanziale stated, "Maybe there needs to be stricter controls on the breeders”.
