Punisher targets drivers: A man named Alexei Volkov has found a new way to punish bad drivers who get in his way or rudely cut him off in traffics.
He rams them with his bus. Then, he records the entire event on video.
In an incredibly shocking and even somewhat humorous video, we see driver after driver (in varying sized vehicles) try to cut off Volkov (who is seen driving down several streets in Russia) while on the road.
But when he’s cut off, Alexei takes it into his own hands to drive into the back of the offending car on purpose.
Other times, Volkov will literally increase the speed of his bus to dangerously cut you off and even make you slip off the road.
So if you’re a bad driver, and are planning on taking a trip to Russia, watch out for the Punish who is targeting bad drivers.
The collisions brought on by this on-the-road enforcer vary from incredibly minor to what appears to be downright dangerous. With that said, Volkov said the company he works for doesn’t really care about all his intentional fender benders—which tops 100.
"If there is no fault of mine, the management doesn’t care," he said. "The bus usually gets only minor damage. If the damage is more serious, they just wait for the insurance payments and then repair [it]."
