Punderson Manor Lodge will be offering a special Easter Day Buffet on Sunday, March 31 (in the Cherry Dining Room) from 11 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Reservations are required. You do not have to be a guest at the Lodge to enjoy the Easter Day Buffet.
Among some of the menu items at the Easter Buffet will be shrimp salad, marinated asparagus. a cheese tray, a mixed greens salad, chef-carved prime rib with Cabernet Au Jus, chef-carved baked ham, roasted leg of lamb with mustard glaze, poached salmon with citrus salsa and vegetable lasagna.
Desserts will include bread pudding, homemade fruit cobblers and assorted pies, cakes, parfaits and finger desserts.
