Pumpkin comes walking in. It’s sad to say goodbye to summer and kicking off the sandals for good, but crisp morning walks and breezes that make your hair stand up, remind you it’s fall and of the colors of autumn and pumpkins. Every restaurant will feature pumpkin flavored something’s and fresh home-baked goodness from the oven will scent of pumpkin spice and apple spices.
Hint of mood
Like the vagabond leaves that join the stir, we follow after the wafts of pumpkin. Pumpkin, doughnuts, beers, ice cream, milkshakes, lip balm, pumpkin dilute with cinnamon is the taste of pumpkin spice we all know and love. Like following the pied piper we just can’t help ourselves but to follow after visions of the orange spice in our fall minds.
The scared brand of pumpkin
The fall rich tapestry of the old supernatural autumnal equinox has been replaced by corporate advertising to the multitudes of unthinking sheep and off we go towards pumpkin. Pumpkin Spice Pringles, Pumpkin Pop-Tarts, Pumpkin Lasanga noodles, Pumpkin Schnaaps, Pumpkin Vodka by Pinacche, Pumpkin Spice Marshmallows, body lotion, manicures and pedicures, air freshners, and doggy treats. It's in to be pumpkin.
