Here is a quick recipe for french toast with a twist...
What you need
- 1 egg
- pumpkin pie spice
Heat your griddle at a medium temperature and lightly drizzle olive oil on top. In a bowl add an egg, and about 1/8th of a cup milk, 2 teaspoons of vanilla, and 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice. Stir it all together until ingredients are mixed. Grab a slice of bread, dip both sides in your mixture, and place on the pan to cook. When the bread is a golden brown, flip it and cook til golden brown on the other side as well. You can add blueberries, strawberries, or whip cream to top it, or just enjoy with your favorite syrup!
