Pull from the Deep is a clever new blue uncommon sorcery spell from Wizards of the Coast's expert "Magic: The Gathering" expansion set "Journey Into Nyx." Regrowth effects, even those which limit card types such as Pull from the Deep, can be incredibly powerful. It's all about what you get.

Return up to one target instant card and up to one target sorcery card from your graveyard to your hand. Exile Pull from the Deep.

Idealistically you'll want to nab back spells like Fated Retribution or Supreme Verdict to wipe out the battlefield or simply a Sphinx's Revelation allowing to soar ahead in card advantage even more. A few other blue-based instants and sorcery spells you may want to recur with Pull from the Deep include Beck and Call, Cyclonic Rift, and Render Silent.

Of course there's a plethora of other interesting instant and sorcery cards to choose from beyond blue. From Fated Intervention or Fated Return to Plea to Guidance, there's lots of options.

While Pull from the Deep doesn't provide the body Archaeomancer does, you'll reap card advantage by getting back your two most powerful spells and at a far cheaper cost than Recall.
