Public relations chapter names board members

The Phoenix Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) (www.phoenixprsa.org) has named a new president, executive committee and directors to its board. The group is governed by a 15 member board of directors. It is one of the largest PRSA chapters in the nation, serving more than 300 public relations and communications professionals since its founding in 1961.

The new president of the board is Susan de Queljoe, a senior associate for marketing and communications for the Girl Scouts-Arizona Pine Council. “Working alongside a talented group of professionals to further advance the communications landscape in the Valley is an honor and I believe we will offer even more valuable educational programming and networking events in 2013,” she stated. “It’s going to be a milestone year, especially since we host the PRSA Western District Conference in April.”
